Q-BAG BAGS – SPACE-SAVING IN WAREHOUSES AND DURING TRANSPORTATION

Q-bag bags, known for their stable form, are equipped with inner partitions (baffles) sewn across all four corners of the bag. These panels allow the bag to maintain a square shape after filling, preventing the formation of a “belly.” The standard baffles are made of PP fabric with evenly distributed holes, allowing for free flow of the product during filling and emptying.

CONSTRUCTION

Baffles, or inner partitions, are made of PP fabric and sewn into all four corners of the bag. There are jumbo bags with a single central partition (single baffle) that also provide a square shape after filling. For powdery materials, the baffles can be equipped with one, two, or three sealing strips to prevent material leakage. Q-bag bags are available in desired dimensions according to customer specifications.

TYPES OF BAFFLES

• Standard baffle: Made of sewn PP fabric (100+30 g/m²) with evenly distributed holes that allow smooth flow of material during filling and emptying. This type is used in 95% of cases.
• Mesh baffle: Made of polypropylene straps, allowing even material flow at all corners of the bag.

TYPES OF BAGS

Q-bag bags can be combined with all other types of big bags, including conductive Type C bags, bags with polyethylene liners (Q-liner), or UN bags for packaging hazardous materials.
